VOLUNTEERING

We couldn’t do it without your help.

Below is a listing of volunteer positions. Please take a look and if you can spare 2 hours or more than email Sabrina at sdaniels7046@hotmail.com

Prior to the show:

  • prepping silent auction items
  • prepping kiddie bags

  • place outdoor signage around city

Friday (1 - 9 pm):

  • move supplies to Fairgrounds

  • help vendors where needed

  • help set up silent auction table

Saturday (7:30 - 10 am) (10 - 5 pm) and Sunday (10 - 5 pm):

  • finish with set up

  • admission tables

  • kids table - help kids make bracelets

  • silent auction - help with hourly rotation

  • fluorescent room - set up and/or monitor

  • security rounds

  • club table - help new members; door prize

Post show - Sunday (5 - 9 pm):

  • take down and collect all outdoor signage

  • help with clean up at Fairgrounds

  • help transport material back to Clubhouse
